Development of the software-hardware complex for diagnostics of inter-turn short circuits of stator windings of asynchronous motors

Up to 38% of asynchronous motor (AM) failures are caused by damage the stator insulation. Despite wide variety methods, reliability determining inter-turn short circuits windings under operating voltage still remains at a low level. The existing methods for diagnostics failure interturn circuit winding have been examined. New diagnostic individual parameters developed in course previous study described. A new method is formulated, on basis which research work carried out. will allow us constantly monitor technical condition winding, and identify its an early stage their development. Diagnostics can be performed without dismantling engine removing it from working process. microprocessor unit implemented AM introducing this method. Moreover, software hardware complex AM. results experiments laboratory stand with closures presented, confirm higher monitoring.
